Veitchii
Variegated
Veitchii Is a variegated Acer crataegifolium with striking white and pink markings on a triangular leaf. Fall color is a rose pink to red. It forms a pleasing dense shrub or small tree. Veitchii grows best in partial shade.

Versicolor is a green variegated palmatum. It shows less variegation than the similar Orido nishiki. It is the fastest and largest grower of the type to about 18'. Fall color is orange and red.

Villa Taranto is an excellent linearlobum dwarf. Spring foliage comes out pink, then goes to red, then to green ,then to straw yellow, and then to a beautiful golden in the fall. Villa Taranto is slower growing than Red Pygmy or Filifera purperea, but worth the wait.

Virdis is the classic green mounding laceleaf. Virdis is a vigorous grower with bright green foliage. It has excellent orange and yellow fall color. Virdis is a more vigorous grower than waterfall.
Vitifolium

Vitafolium is a vigorous growing green Acer japonicum with grape leaf like leaves. Branching habit is more uniform than Fernleaf. It makes a strong, stocky tree to about 20 feet. Vitafolium has magnificent orange and red fall colors.
